Frank and I (Michaela) met in 2021, We both have similar interests in food, business and we both enjoy music. While getting to know each other, we started to go fishing and it has become our favorite hobby. We love to cook what we catch.
Frank was managing the Jamison Capt’n Chucky’s at the time. He managed it for 3 years. He also managed the Huntington Valley location for 4 years before. He has 13 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Reens Deli was also a long time job for Frank.
I learned about Capt’n Chucky’s from Frank and loved the product as well. I am the executive director of the Subcontractors Association of Delaware Valley. I plan all networking events for the general contractors and subcontractors mostly in the Philadelphia area. I am a vocalist and love to perform. I was the lead female vocalist of the Chatterband in the past as well as many other cover bands.
As a young couple, we have been trying to own a business for a while now and with the experience we have with Capt’n Chucky’s, it just made sense. We are looking forward to meeting the customers of Capt’n Chucky’s Colmar!
